It is good to have 2 channels but I don't think the second one needs to
be moderated, if the topic being discussed is clear i.e. "Discussing
[topic] with [Nokia guy/team]".

In most cases we don't want a pure Q&A (like the first chat ended up
being) but a discussion on the stuff that really matters. Doing this
fluently with moderation in between is harder. If the second room gets
also too crowded with noise then we can always move to the moderation model.
