[maemo-developers] ke-recv and ke-recv-extra are now open source

Hi all!

After only a year passed, I got the permission to open-source ke-recv
and ke-recv-extra :)
The code is available here:

ke-recv handles memory card mounting, USB mass storage logic, and some
other things, based on HAL. ke-recv-extra reads sysfs directly for
things that HAL does not provide.
