Hi,

i am not sure how to correctly handle a proxy based setting when using libcurl under
maemo. I was hoping that the maemo port of libcurl would honour the systems 
settings for proxies just like e.g. gnomevfs does. But that doesn't seem to be the case.
So i have to specify the proxy settings to libcurl explicitely. But how do i get the current
proxy settings the system is using? I really don't want to offload this to the user as the
system already knows whether it's using a proxy and which one it is.
