[maemo-developers] Contribution guidelines

Hi Quim,

They look good to me - simple, clear, reasonable.

It bears the question, though - why are these even needed? What is the
problem that they solve?

I'm not playing Devil's advocate here - I am just wondering what the
reasoning is.
