This problem happens because you uploaded the same package with the exact
same version number twice. You really should not do that.

Each time a package ends up in the repository, you need to increase your
revision number for the next upload.

That your package ends up in the repository the second time is actually a
bug: https://bugs.maemo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3488
But that will be fixed soon.

For now, please increase the version number like 0.1.1-2, 0.1.1-3 etc etc.
