[maemo-developers] Proposal for Diablo's authoritative list of package categories

So after a fair bit of discussion, we've arrive at a suitable list of  
package categories:

This is the proposal final list of categories for Diablo. Any  
problematic packages that don't fit the list should be brought up on  
the wiki for consideration for list revision for Fremantle.[1]
