I don't see the point of his posts, but if he is legitimate (not a
troll) then I hope he learns how to communicate whatever he is trying

My bet is he is some kind of 'support vampire' [1], if you are reading
this I suggest you try to communicate with some people on the
community off-the-record so you can come up with more useful feedback.
You cannot change the world unless you understand how it works.

Just ignore him on-the-record, is my suggestion.
