[maemo-developers] how to dynamically creat a floating window in maemo?

Hi,
   I have managed to custom a Gtk::Window and dynamically show it on
top of the main window in Desktop environment.
   how to implement it in maemo?Specifically,I want to implement such result:
  When I clicked on the main window(derived from Hildon::Window), pop
a floating window on it , the window can move with the mouse move,and
the window is semi-transparent。
