A request for a Maemo policy change has been requested a long time ago:
http://wiki.maemo.org/Task:Packaging_Policy_proposed_changes

There is no visible progress on that task though.

We've been discussing this out in the open for a long time, it is kind of
strange that the Fremantle team didn't do anything with these categories?
