Hi, now is official that in the next Maemo release (Harmattan) Qt will take the place of Gtk (and Gtk will be community-supported, like is Qt now). Everybody knows that we can develop in C++ when using Qt, but even Python could be a possibility, due to PyQt bindings. My question is: wil PyQt be officially supported by Nokia in Harmattan? I talked with some developers in these days and all would be very happy to be able to write their application using Python. Like we say here "maths is not an opinion": more developers means more applications available for Maemo. I hope in a positive reply ;) -- Andrea Grandi email: a.grandi [AT] gmail [DOT] com website: http://www.andreagrandi.it PGP Key: http://www.andreagrandi.it/pgp_key.asc
