There are plans for web browsers, >> gps plugins, etc. Just explaining a little bit further, we've been contacted by students who wish to develop plugins for not only these things I mentioned, but also for others such as PIM related and etc. One thing I've tried to ask people who are trying to work on GSoC with Canola is to try to think how they would actually use that feature, draw some mock-ups, think if it's really necessary. I'm not saying that people should develop anything in Canola just because it's possible, but if they think it's useful and they want to do it, go for it. The platform is open (now with source code as well). I personally don't use twitter, I've always thought it was an awful way of keeping up with other people or whatever it is it's supposed to do, but after I found out about twitpic, I gotta say I thought it might be really cool to use it, specially if the n810+1 really has a good camera (from what I've read people saying on the interweb, should be at least as good as the n95 one, but I think we won't know for sure until nokia releases more info).
