First, scratchbox (and qemu linux-user) is not really representative of 
the real target hardware environment, and thus running the unit tests in 
it may not be very useful.

That qemu is quite old. You might want to pick up scratchbox-devkit-qemu 
and configure your DIABLO_ARMEL target to use 
/scratchbox/devkits/qemu/bin/qemu-arm-sb cpu transparency method.

scratchbox-devkit-qemu is available from normal scratchbox repositories and:
