For the voting stuff, I have no idea. Maemo/Nokia wants it so I guess
they will make it happen.

You mean the possible bug-tracker requirement? I hope maemo.org still
eventually aims to provide real bug tracking (bugzilla) to any package
in extras. So a package can just use that if it doesn't have something
already.
