I think that this should not only apply to Hildon - for example if
Nokia subcontracts an applications development out to a third party
this clean separation should be specified in the terms of work
contract (sorry if this is a bit OT for the dev list but I know
speaking to the Mer guys that they are being bitten hard by this
issue)
