Just wondering after failing to locate a relevant Wiki page. What's the recommended way of getting a python binding for a lib into extras ? I'd do it myself, but I don't trust my packaging skills enough to do it right right off the bat and chances are that people might start using it so it's not as carefree to update as an application in extras-devel, there might be policies about bindings, etc... Should I finally fix my scratchbox and do a few heroic, but probably laughable attempts, bug Jeremiah, or, more embarrassingly, go to a detailed Wiki page that I missed on this topic somehow ? PS. For the record, I'm craving for python-poppler (probably should start around http://packages.debian.org/unstable/main/python-poppler ). Poppler itself, Cairo and the other dependencies are already in maemo repos so it should really be just the binding...
