Hey Srini,

here [1] are detailed instructions, what you can expect from the image, but to help you a bit more it would be useful to know what you really need it for. The version of Ubuntu, which is given there only means the version which is running in the virtual machine. So give some more detailed information, what you want to do to help you better ;)
