It's called mysql-dfsg because it's a source package and the source package in debian is also called mysql-dfsg, see http://packages.debian.org/lenny/mysql-client-5.0 for example. mysql-common, mysql-client etc binary packages are built from this source package. So no reason to change names imo. btw. I wouldn't remove the server package if it builds, somebody will want it anyway. -- Mikko Vartiainen
