Hiya, Creating /usr/share/icons/hicolor/24x24/mimetypes/application-x-xoj.png, /usr/share/icons/hicolor/48x48/mimetypes/application-x-xoj.png, /usr/share/icons/hicolor/64x64/mimetypes/application-x-xoj.png; and refreshing GTK's icon cache worked for me.
