Here is the summary log of latest libssl uploaded to autobuilder:

You can see uploader name there and ask him why he uploaded it.

BTW, before removing it from extras-devel try to find all packages
which depend on it and after removing libssl reupload them to the
autobuilder. They will be rebuilt with proper openssl then.

That was the idea of package installability check which I wrote
recently. I showed you the logs it produced.
Unfortunately it's still under consideration of Nokia legal if we can
use it outside Nokia.
