Hi, I have started work on a pannable-font-selector and pannable-color-selector (for lack of better names at this point) with the help and input of some of the folks at #maemo. I want to have a dialog and button for each of them as well as you suggest, to make it as easy as possible for the user. Both widgets are in their early stages, but suggestions are certainly welcome. I wasn't sure whether using "hildon" in the name of a non-official widget would be okay. Is there a precedent for that? I'm not sure what the best way to collaborate would be. Thus far IRC has been good, but I don't want to exclude anyone. Maybe using this mailing list and IRC in tandem is the best idea. If you want to see what I have so far, the font selector can be seen here: http://andrew.olmsted.ca/maemo/screens/snapshot39.png What I have for colour selector: http://andrew.olmsted.ca/maemo/screens/snapshot40.png Thanks, Andrew 2009/9/24 Cornelius Hald <hald at icandy.de> > Hi! > > There are some important widgets which are deprecated without a > replacement in Fremantle.
