I think Conny's suggestion of a garage project to start with is a good idea. Instead of deciding, now, whether these will go into Hildon or be seperate, why not develop them initially as pieces of standalone code that people include (as source code) into their projects to use, for now? Then if Hildon adopts them (ideal solution in my mind), the CommunityColourSelector would be incorporated into Hildon as a HildonColourSelector and people could throw away their copy of the code. And applications which want to support multiple Maemo versions can use the Hildon version if the Hildon library is recent enough or use their own private version if not. Graham
