[maemo-developers] How to add a telepathy account during package installation (and remove on package removal)?

Hi,

I need to add account details in /home/user/.rtcom-accounts/accounts.cfg for my
custom connection manager automatically on package installation. Similar to ring
account details, I want to avoid UI (like Haze plugin) because these values are
pre-defined and user does not have to add/update anything.

So my question is how can I add a new account section in accounts.cfg through
code? I also should be able to remove it through code.
