[maemo-developers] extras not working - who should I talk to?

It is in the Extras repository on the server:

It is displayed here under Download > All > "Crochik MyContacts".

The green arrow works for me on my N900 as it starts the Application
manager, the "Preparing for installation, please wait" progress bar and
finally the "Install - Crochik MyContacts 0.9.13-1 1,9MB" dialog.
