Most probably. The package name is derived from the top-level project 
name, which is the name of the project file without the extension. Since 
Debian packages cannot contain upper-case letters, Creator converts them 
to lower case and emits a warning.
However:

 > :-1: warning: Your project name contains characters not allowed in
 > Debian packages.

I take it that this is not the verbatim message? There should be an 
explanation of which characters are allowed, and certainly no "-1".
