If you ask me, I'd even consider everybody land packages from the autobuilder into their PPA and promote to extras-devel from there (I always feel bad when I experiment with packages in extras-devel, as unsuspecting folks might pull in some work-in-progress stuff, plus all the potential cruft just snowballing the Packages file...).
