Well, it's just a fancy and automated way of what I could do by hand, ie.
just adding additional number to given contact. I'd like to avoid it as that
would make additional mess in my contacts (it actually modifies a contact
file itself), which then could get propagated elsewhere if - for example - I
decided to synchronize my contacts with other device or online service.

Thanks for your suggestions, tough. They give some sort of direction.
