[maemo-developers] Autobuilder/SDK dpkg too old to support triggers

I wanted to wrote that base system in Maemo5 is just too broken. For Fremantle it is not possible to fix it, but maybe for Harmattan nokia can upgrade base system to at least Lenny + some upgrades requested by developers.
