Hi, /tmp is a RAM disk, so you better not put big files there. I'd suggest to use the 32 GB flash for storing these. /home/user/MyDocs/.<your-app-name> I see there is already a tmp directory in MyDocs. Where did this come from? Does it belong to the eMMC fs image or did some app create it?
