Silly answer - are you sure you have execute permissions set?

I have used both the ways Daniil, but no use..

I mean "sh shellscript.sh" works fine,, but ./shellscript.sh doesnt work

I have even tried
1. /bin/sh
2. ./shellscript.sh

also,
1.bash
2. ./shellscript.sh

but same error "permission denied"
