If you come from the beta-SDK it would be worth reinstalling the targets 
with the GUI installer or the scripts as described here [1].

If you are developing in Qt the Nokia SDK is definitely a way to go. I 
would recommend that, even though you get the most out of that having a 
device to test the code.
