I suggest you document the steps you're taking (following the same overall process as Fremantle). Do that in http://wiki.maemo.org/OpenSuse_Build_Service/Chinook_Setup Then I'll have a much clearer idea of what the problems are. This is a complex and iterative process BTW... don't expect it to be simple ... David
