[maemo-developers] Dummy and USB network modules for icd2

	Hi,

The dummy network module for icd2 has been open sourced. The code is at
http://maemo.gitorious.org/icd2-network-modules/libicd-network-dummy

Nowadays there also exists an USB network module for icd2. If the
interface 'usb0' can be found, the USB network shows up as a selectable
connection in the connection dialog. Currently installing
libicd-network-usb does not configure any networks, see the printouts
from the post-installation script or check the readme. In order to have
an usb0 network interface, 'PC suite mode' needs to be selected. Do
notice that the g_nokia module stays loaded even after the USB cable has
been disconnected (bug?) and thus the USB network stays visible. The
code is at
http://maemo.gitorious.org/icd2-network-modules/libicd-network-usb

Have fun,

	Patrik
