After some checking with the organizers I understand that the story is this:

The N900 prize money will be awarded, but not right away.  The reason is that the jury is still deciding on some of the sub-categories and they want to announce the all the winners together.  Does that make sense?

I have prompted them for a date, hopefully soon.
