[maemo-developers] CSSU: optification of /var/lib/dpkg and /var/lib/apt

/var/lib/apt is already optimized on my N900.

Maybe it's only optified after a reflash and never got optimized through 
SSU routes?

I wonder if de-optifying it will make HAM stop "Checking for updates" 
after every single tap in the interface...
