[maemo-developers] adaptation of Extras QA hurdles

Hi,

the short-version: It's a lookup tool for license plates. It's
interesting to know from which regions of a country the other peoples
come. Or you can play a game with other people to guess right from which
region the car comes ;)

kfzcheck has different files for many countrys (in which it is possible
to get the region from out of the license plate). A german, austrian,
swiss, french, italian, polish and czech license plate list is till now
included.

kfzcheck-extras is a collection of lookup information from other
sources, as: 

- E-Numbers - ingredients in foods
- Molkereien_de - german dairy companys with name out of a number
- ISO codes - german version
- Top level domains
- IATA airport codes
- Internationale call numbers
- PLZ DE - postcodes germany
