[maemo-developers] Problem with dependencies, that are only provided in the SDK

Hi!
There are often problems with missing dependencies, where
the packages are only provided in the SDK. However installing
the packages on the device makes no problems. But the
package interface on maemo.org warns about missing dependencies.
The package is not clean then, and promotion is not possible.
