[maemo-developers] [ANN] gst-dsp 0.10.2 released

Hi,

This is basically a brown-paper-bag release since the previous one is
totally broken (if you use DSP_API=2, which you should).

Also, a few fixes from the Maemo 6 branch, and some fixes for old
versions of the JPEG encoder (which is the only one that works from
the public release), and a fix for a regression in video call.

You can download the tarball from the usual place:
