If that doesn't help, then you're missing whichever repository contains xephyr. It's extremely rare to find something in DEB but not RPM. The reverse is much more common.
<br><br>It is, apparently, in the FC6 repositories, at least[1]. Here's a link to that RPM[2]. From what I can tell, it's not in any of the RHEL repositories. At least you may be able to resolve the dependencies using "yum install library-name" use "yum search query" to see if package query exists in your repository set.
