As I understand 2.2 is for 770 and 3.1 for 800, am I right?
Which rootstrap is the latest for 770?

That includes only for the non-free parts, the correct rootstrap with
all the rest are

  http://tablets-dev.nokia.com/3.1/armel/maemo-sdk-rootstrap_3.1_armel.tgz
for the arm target and

  http://tablets-dev.nokia.com/3.1/i386/maemo-sdk-rootstrap_3.1_i386.tgz
for the i386 target.
