In diablo (which I assume to be the targeted demographic as this is an icd2 plugin), you can "mount -o remount, rw /mnt/initfs". But you can also use an cx3110x stored locally. "rmmod cx3110x; insmod <new cx3110x>; chroot /mnt/initfs wlan-cal"<br>
