I am the developer of "Additional Search Applet Plugins" (see: <a href="http://maemo.org/downloads/product/OS2008/asas/">http://maemo.org/downloads/product/OS2008/asas/</a>), and was wondering if a package like this will be obsolete in Fremantle?<div>
<br></div><div>In this bug report (<a href="https://bugs.maemo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2804">https://bugs.maemo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2804</a>) in comment #5 Quim mentions that isearch-applet (the applet that my package uses to display the additional searches) will no longer be included in Fremantle. I seem to remember reading somewhere that Searching was going to be overhauled in Fremantle and be a part of the "Search" application -- I can't seem to find the source of this information anymore, though.</div>
