Hi,

For some reason, I am unable to launch Maemo SDK UI. Xephyr window remains blank even after starting Maemo UI. It was working fine until recently. Today I was trying to manually update Glib for compiling an app. I know I messed up something but I don't know what exactly. I don't want to reinstall Maemo SDK unless it is absolutely necessary.

Could anyone help me troubleshoot this error?

I am running Scratchbox on Ubuntu Lucid.

---- Here is the exact output--
[sbox-FREMANTLE_X86: ~] > /usr/bin/af-sb-init.sh start
Note: For remote X connections DISPLAY should contain hostname!
Sample files present.
Starting DBUS system bus
Starting D-BUS session bus daemon
Starting Maemo Launcher: maemo-launchermaemo-launcher: died loading booster module: '/usr/lib/libhildonfm.so.2: undefined symbol: hildon_get_user_named_dir'
start failed.
Starting Sapwood image server
Starting hildon-desktop
Starting Keyboard
Initializing trackerd...
(trackerd:15789): Tracker-DEBUG: Checking XDG_DATA_HOME is writable and exists
Tracker-Message: XDG_DATA_HOME set to '/home/sudheer/.local/share'
Starting browser daemon: /usr/bin/hildon-input-method: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/libgtk-x11-2.0.so.0: undefined symbol: hildon_g_scanner_cache_open
(trackerd:15789): Tracker-DEBUG: Path is OK
Tracker-Message: Setting IO priority
Tracker-Message: Setting up stopword list for language code:'en'
Tracker-Message: Tracker couldn't read stopword file:'/usr/share/tracker/languages/stopwords.en', Failed to open file '/usr/share/tracker/languages/stopwords.en': open() failed: No such file or directory
Tracker-Message: Setting up stemmer for language code:'en'
/usr/bin/systemui: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/libgtk-x11-2.0.so.0: undefined symbol: hildon_g_scanner_cache_open
Tracker-Message: Registering DBus service...
Name:'org.freedesktop.Tracker'
Starting log:
File:'/home/sudheer/.local/share/tracker/trackerd.log'

(trackerd:15789): Tracker-CRITICAL **: Could not initialize the HAL context, no error, is hald running?

(<unknown>:15792): mafw-gst-renderer-WARNING **: Could not initialize hal
browserd
Initializing tracker-indexer...
(tracker-indexer:15816): Tracker-DEBUG: Checking XDG_DATA_HOME is writable and exists
(tracker-indexer:15816): Tracker-DEBUG: Path is OK
[sbox-FREMANTLE_X86: ~] > Starting log:
File:'/home/sudheer/.local/share/tracker/tracker-indexer.log'
[sbox-FREMANTLE_X86: ~] >

The New Busy think 9 to 5 is a cute idea.
