I'm not sure what you mean.  The 770 has three kinds of memory...

1: 64 meg of DDR RAM, which is RAM in the traditional sense and not used
for permanent storage.
2: 128 of flash ram, which is where / is stored, and which has about 64
meg free for your home directory and extra software.
3: The RS-MMC card slot, which can be much bigger than anything else and
which folks are wanting to use for all sorts of craziness.

Free and meminfo report on 1.  df and control panel report on 2 and 3. 
Control Panel may be confused by your non-standard partitioning, but df
will report what's really there.
