Yes:

  /home/user/MyDocs/.sounds
  /home/user/MyDocs/.documents
  /home/user/MyDocs/.images
  /home/user/MyDocs/.videos

You can also create other directories in /home/user/MyDocs/, and these
will be shown alongside the default ones in the file dialogs.  For
example, I created /home/user/MyDocs/Tracks for storing Maemo Mapper
tracks.

For some reason these are all hidden directories (names begin with a
dot).  My guess for the reason would be internationalization.
