I used the instructions on the Wiki:

Specifically, the "Nokia approved method", but changing the filenames as 
appropriate for flasher 2.0 and the 2006 image:

$ sudo ./flasher-2.0.macosx -f -R -F 
SU-18_2006SE_1.2006.26-8_PR_F5_MR0_ARM.bin
