[maemo-users] OS2008: beta version of Modest e-mail client available

I'm not ready for the bleeding edge of Chinook, but would love to try
modest using OS2007 (bora).  I've been meaning to compile it for the
last week or two but have had other distractions.  Now suddenly it is
no longer promised to work on OS2007!  O pain! 

Since the beta release, has anyone tried to compile modest for OS2007?
