Kingston 2GB MMCmobile is good choice for advanced stuff like booting 
from mmc or flashing custom kernel with faster mmc. If you don't plan 
such usage any random rs-mmc card will do.

Also if one wants >2GB capacity, it is possible to hack mmc slot and fit 
full/mini/microSDHC cards inside.
