[maemo-users] offline installation request

Hi - 
Just wondering, can the *.deb files for applications be made available for download along with *.install files?  'Coz I don't have constant WiFi connection around and would very much like to install stuff mannually. and I believe I'm not the only one prefering offline installation... besides very often  Wifi download really strains ppl's patience.
