The kernel in HE is the same old kernel from OS2006 (AFAIK). I have 
actually asked about this bug and 770 in the list but got no answer

Maybe I should ask directly in bug comments and spam those 
twentysomething subscribed people.

Anyway, I have backported the code to 770's kernel, see
http://fanoush.wz.cz/maemo/#sdhc so if anyone is afraid of this bug with 
770 this kernel may (or may not :-) fix it.
