[maemo-users] maemo on GTK FB

Hi all,
I am a newbie to maemo framework. I am trying to port maemo and -  
maemo based apps like web browser -  to the OMAP 3430 based hardware.  
Does maemo runs over GtkFB or GTK over DirectFB ? has anyone tried it  
? Since running GTK+ over X will increase the total size of the file  
system, I am looking out for alternatives.
Please let me know if anyone has run maemo on GTK FB or directFB,  
whether it has any limitations on applications and also approximate  
footprint (size).
